Your Vision, Refined

Thoughtful details make a piece uniquely yours. Here’s how proofing and approval work when a digital proof is included in your custom order:

1. Confirm the details. During your consultation, we’ll confirm whether a digital proof is available for your piece and when you can expect it.
2. Review your proof. Check spelling, names, dates, wording, layout, and design details carefully. Screen colors may differ from the finished piece.
3. Approve for production. For orders with a proof, your explicit approval gives us the go-ahead to begin production, subject to the order details and timing agreed with you.
4. Request refinements. Send any requested changes before approving. We’ll confirm what’s possible and any added cost or timing before proceeding. Changes requested after approval may not be possible once production begins.
